Our thanks go to the judges for giving up their time, to our fabulous helpers who are the essence of a smooth-running day and to the competitors.  My special thanks go to Dave Whiting, who for the last two years has been at every test, helping set up and is a reliable “tosser”.  We would also like to shout out to Colin Pelham for setting the tests. Colin takes a lot of care over setting each test to the right standard; Belinda Bainbridge, Julia Reardon Smith and Lisa Murrell for providing the food; Julia for printing the card; Jane Best for being our scorer; and James Prout, Chris Geal, Lauren Wright and Luke Nightingale for their invaluable support.

That’s it from us for this year’s test season.  Here’s looking forward to the trialling season.
