Full closure of the M25
The third full closure of the M25 (J10-J11) took place between Friday, 12th July and Monday, 15th July. There had been due to be 2 more full weekend closures in 2024 but Highways England has recently announced that these will now take place in Spring 2025. No dates have been confirmed yet but they will give a minimum of four weeks’ notice and they say that they will avoid busy holiday periods.
The M25/A3 will still be closed at times over some weekends and they will also be doing some 12 hour night closures on the M25 during the Autumn.

AGM
The Club's AGM is normally held in mid/late March each year. Notice of the AGM is included in the Club's Yearbook which is normally sent to all members in early February.
The 2024 AGM took place at 12.30pm on Saturday, 16th March 2024 at West Clandon Royal British Legion, The Street, West Clandon, GU4 7TD. Thank you to the members who attended, especially to those who braved the extra traffic caused by the M25 closure!

Colin Pelham (A Panel judge and Team Manager).
In addition, James Prout was elected to the Committee, having been co-opted during the previous year, taking on the role of Deputy Field Trial Secretary.
