M25 (J10)/A3 road closures

Highways England has announced the following road closures:

Friday, 7th March (21:00) - Monday, 10th March (06:00)

The M25 will be FULLY closed between Junction 10 (Wisley) and Junction 11 (Woking).  Full weekend closures are needed to demolish and remove old bridges.

Friday, 21st March (21:00) - Monday, 24th March (06:00)

The M25 will be FULLY closed between Junction 10 (Wisley) and Junction 11 (Woking).  Please note that this coincides with our NDNH and Veteran Working Tests at Parklands on Saturday, 22nd March.

Friday, 11th April (21:00) - Monday, 14th April (06:00)

The A3 will be closed in BOTH directions between Junction 10 and the Cobham/A245 roundabout.

Diversion routes will be announced by Highways England closer to each weekend and, once they have been, they should be available by clicking the link below:

2025 Yearbook

The club's 2025 Yearbook was posted to members on 23rd January 2025.  A pdf copy has also been added to the "Yearbook" section of this website (under Club Info).

AGM

The Club's AGM is normally held in mid/late March each year.  Notice of the AGM is included in the Club's Yearbook (page 4) which is normally sent to all members in early February.  The 2025 AGM will be held at 12:45 on Saturday, 15th March 2025 at The Royal British Legion, The Street, West Clandon, GU4 7TD.

The 2024 AGM took place on Saturday, 16th March 2024 at The  Royal British Legion, West Clandon at which the following Officers and Committee members were all re-elected:

Chris Geal (Chairman)

Lauren Wright (Secretary)

Mandy Bloomfield (Working Test Secretary)

Patti Money-Coutts (Field Trial Secretary)

Julia Reardon Smith (Treasurer)

Belinda Bainbridge (Catering)

Jane Best (Membership Secretary)

Lisa Murrell (Training Co-ordinator) and

Colin Pelham (A Panel judge and Team Manager).

In addition, James Prout was elected to the Committee, having been co-opted during the previous year, taking on the role of Deputy Field Trial Secretary.
