A novice stake for 12 AV retrievers was held at Minsted Farm, Midhurst, West Sussex by kind permission of John Tersta, Jack Smallman and Jason Mayhew, and with grateful thanks to the Guns organised by Guildford Working Gundog Club. The steward of the beat was Jason Mayhew, the Chief Steward James Bailey and the judges Colin Pelham, Steve Cullis, Paula Cullis and Paul Dukes.
It was an excellent day in benign weather. The guns shot well and a result was achieved by 2pm. James Bailey thanked everyone involved who had judged, shot and helped and also thanked the sponsors Gundog Gin and Skinners.
